Your new role:

As a Clinical Nurse within the Adult Community Mental Health Bayside Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care while providing clinical leadership, supporting service excellence, and contributing to the ongoing development of nursing practice.

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning, coordination and delivery of specialist mental health nursing care for consumers with complex and diverse needs.
  • Lead and support the multidisciplinary team through expert clinical decision-making, mentoring, education, and the promotion of evidence-based, person-centred practice.
  • Drive quality improvement, clinical governance, and risk management initiatives to ensure safe, effective and contemporary models of care.

About you:

You are a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional mental health care while leading and supporting others.

  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in adult mental health nursing, including the assessment, planning and management of consumers with complex mental health needs.
  • Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor colleagues, coordinate care and build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous improvement, clinical governance and delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
