We're excited to welcome a Facilities Contract Manager - Public Private Partnership (PPP) to our Capital Assets and Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high level expert contractual and commercial advice to the EDI, SCHHS Executive and PPP contracts administration team for the successful delivery of the PPP contract.
- Provide leadership and expertise in planning, developing and implementing contract management processes, documentation requirements and operational processes to support the effective delivery of the PPP Contract between SCHHS and Exemplar Health.
- Lead strategic, commercial negotiations and partnerships with Exemplar health (and nominated sub-contractors) to ensure the objectives of the PPP contract are achieved including the ability to negotiate and resolve complex contractual related risks and issues.
- Successfully lead the management of the PPP contract including accountability for the commercial, financial and operational requirements under the contract.
Remuneration value up to $187,651 p.a., comprising salary between $5957.70- $6304.00 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8) (Temporary full time, 76 hours per fortnight, up to 6 months with the possibility of extension).
