What your day could look like

As an Operational Services Officer (Catering), you'll play an important role in supporting patient care by helping deliver safe, nutritious and enjoyable meal services. From preparing and distributing meals to working closely with colleagues across the health service, you'll contribute to a positive experience for patients, visitors and staff.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Supporting patient wellbeing through the timely preparation and delivery of quality meal services
  • Creating positive experiences through friendly, respectful interactions with patients, visitors and colleagues
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and infection control across catering environments
  • Working collaboratively with the broader team to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have previous experience in catering, hospitality, healthcare or customer service environments and/or hold relevant food safety training.
