With Rockhampton as the region's central hub and dedicated recovery facilities in Rockhampton and Gladstone, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality care across diverse communities.

About the role:

  • Lead mental health information management, providing high-level data analysis, reporting and governance to support service delivery, strategic planning and state-wide performance objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by overseeing corporate services, resource management, budgeting, administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion data quality and compliance, ensuring accurate information management, KPI achievement and adherence to state and Hospital and Health Service requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with managers, directors and stakeholders to deliver effective communication, informed decision-making and high-quality, safe and efficient services.

About you:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams through organisational change and effectively managing people, budgets and resources.
  • Strong financial and resource management expertise, including budget oversight and operational planning.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and confidently use or quickly learn advanced information systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a client-focused approach, strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with a high level of autonomy.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $134,984 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $54.83 - $59.66 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
