Welcome to Sunset Ridge Interim Care. We're a unique 30-bed unit where every day is about helping people take the next step in their care journey.
Our unit is home to two friendly wings – Seahorse (secure) and Starfish (non-secure) – providing 24/7 care for patients who are ready to leave hospital but need a little extra support before moving into their permanent residential aged care home.
Think of us as the bridge between hospital and home. We focus on person-centred care, promoting independence, restoring confidence, and making every transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for both our patients and their families.

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional aged care.
- Confident assessing, planning and coordinating care for patients with complex needs.

- Supportive teammate who enjoys mentoring and helping others succeed.
- Committed to continuous learning and growing your clinical skills.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $139,252 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $57.48 - $61.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
