About us:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. We go as far as Tully in the south, Cow Bay in the north and Croydon in the west.
The Integrated Workforce Management Services Team provides technical support to line managers in the use of myHR and IWFM systems. The team supports employee contract management, time and attendance processes, and establishment-related activities across the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
About you:
In your new role you will......
- Provide expert advice to teams providing first level support to line managers and subordinates on establishment management issues, operating as interface between HHS users and Payroll Transactional Services in relation to system and workflow administration, system queries and support.
- Build HR delegate and manager capability through the design, development and facilitation of establishment related informal and formal training, such as workshops, lunchbox sessions and 1:1 coaching on establishment practices, application support and relevant policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IWFM Services staff, accelerating the performance of the team, ensuring succession planning, providing professional support, coaching and direction to team members and determining resource allocation, priorities and quality standards for the team.
