As a Biomedical Technician, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality technical services that keep critical healthcare technology safe, reliable and performing at its best. You'll undertake repairs, planned maintenance and technology support across a diverse range of electronic and mechanical medical equipment, ensuring clinicians have the tools they need to provide exceptional patient care. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you'll help maximise equipment performance, minimise downtime and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective healthcare services.

Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Proven ability to apply independent judgment and initiative to effectively plan, schedule, coordinate and carry out technical service delivery.
- Proven expert level of knowledge and skill in the maintenance / repair, installation, commissioning and technical support of health technology equipment and associated equipment and networks.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical staff, equipment suppliers, service providers, team members and managers.
- Proven ability to use information systems and software to manage, analyse and present data.
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of quality management and continuous quality improvement.
