We're excited to welcome a Director of Nursing, Workforce Strategy and Governance and Nursing Informatics to Sunshine Coast Health.
The Director of Nursing, Workforce Strategy and Governance and Nursing Informatics provides Sunshine Coast Health (SCH) wide executive nursing and midwifery leadership for workforce strategy, workforce planning, workforce intelligence, informatics, Business Planning Framework (BPF) governance, roster governance, workload measurement, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), nursing and midwifery credentialling, digital workforce transformation, professional governance and system-level service transformation.
The role is accountable to the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery (EDNM) for leading the strategic integration of workforce intelligence, professional practice governance, CDI, workforce analytics, workload management assurance, budget-informed workforce planning and contemporary nursing and midwifery workforce reform.
