About the role
Casual opportunity to undertake a range of duties which provide an effective and confidential administrative service as directed by the Facility Manager, Senior Administration Officer, and Nurse Unit Manager Minor Injuries and Illness Clinic (MII Clinic). Furthermore, ensuring provision of an efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support service, operating with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff withn the department and other members of the clinical teams.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Ensure the client confidentiality is always maintained in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
- Clear understandings of the Queensland Health Code of Conduct, to ensure responses and inquiries from internal and external clients are met ensuring confidentiality in maintained.
- Provide administration support to frontline clinical/business support staff, including Reception and switchboard services for Caboolture Satellite Health Centre and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focussed, high quality and efficient services.
- Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation.
