We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer Reception to the Sunshine Coast Health Institute (SCHI).

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality, confidential administration support within the SCHI to all partner staff and students, maintaining tact and discretion at all times.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication; screening calls and re-directing where appropriate.
- Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
- Perform secretariat function to the SCHI Operations Manager or any SCHI Committees where requested.
Salary rates: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed term temporary part time position,15.2 hrs p.f. up to 30 June 2027).
