About the role:
As a Registrar or Principal House Officer (Psychiatry), you'll deliver evidence-based psychiatric assessment, treatment and ongoing care across inpatient, community and outreach settings. Working alongside experienced Consultant Psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams, you'll participate in clinics, ward rounds, on-call rosters and quality improvement activities while developing your clinical expertise in a supportive training environment.
About you:
You are a motivated Medical Practitioner with AHPRA registration (or eligibility) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred mental health care. You enjoy working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, value continuous learning and demonstrate sound clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and professional development.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $181,282.80 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary rate between $137,196 - $150,684 p.a. (L4-L7)
- A salary rate between $137,196 - $158,618 p.a. (L4-L9)
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
