Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $125,002 to $133,898 p.a. (AO6)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
As the Organisational Development Consultant, you'll provide high-level organisational development and learning consultancy to leaders across Townsville Hospital and Health Service. You'll work collaboratively with Human Resource teams and Service Groups to develop and deliver evidence-based initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, improve workforce performance and support a positive organisational culture.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in adult educations, workplace learning, organisational development and/or vocation learning is highly desirable.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
