About your opportunity
Are you looking for a rewarding role where every day makes a difference? Join the Ayr and Home Hill Health Facilities as an Operational Services Officer and play an essential part in supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare to our community.
This is a diverse and hands-on role that offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute directly to patient care. As an Operational Services Officer, you'll work across both clinical and non-clinical areas, providing a broad range of services that help our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.
From environmental cleaning, food and linen services, patient transport, and waste management, to supporting clinicians with care delivery and maintaining safe, welcoming hospital environments, your contribution will be valued every day. You'll also assist with grounds and garden maintenance, stock and supply management, and a range of other essential operational services that support patients, visitors, and staff.
Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll help ensure our patients receive the best possible care and experience during their time in our facilities. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work, variety, and being part of a supportive healthcare environment.
As our facilities operate 365 days a year, this role includes rostered shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
