Your new role:
As our Clinical Nurse, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care within a dynamic community setting.
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment, care planning, therapeutic interventions and recovery-focused case management for adults experiencing complex and enduring mental health conditions.
- Lead and support multidisciplinary care by providing clinical guidance, coordinating care, promoting physical health assessment and contributing to safe, high-quality consumer outcomes.
- Mentor, educate and support nursing staff and students while fostering evidence-based practice, continuous learning and professional development.
About you:
You're an experienced and compassionate mental health clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional consumer-centred care.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, with the confidence to work autonomously in complex clinical environments.
- A strong clinical leader with excellent assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills, committed to recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.
- Passionate about mentoring others, contributing to education, quality improvement and evidence-based practice while supporting a positive team culture.
