Our 30-bed Interim Care Unit provides a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for people as they transition from hospital care to their next stage of living.

Operating 24 hours a day, our dedicated team supports residents with the care, encouragement and connection they need during this important journey. Our unit includes two unique spaces, Seahorse (our secure wing) and Starfish (our non-secure wing), each designed to provide the right level of support for our residents' individual needs.

About the role:

  • Use your clinical knowledge to support quality care in line with the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) process and Aged Care Quality Standards.

About you:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA.
  • Strong clinical skills, evidence-based practice and the confidence to provide safe, high-quality care within your scope of practice.
  • A sound understanding of NMBA Enrolled Nurse competency standards and a commitment to delivering care that meets professional expectations.
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and a desire to help maintain and improve the quality of care we provide.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $6,786 p.m. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $35.92 - $38.12 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
