Your new role:

As Business Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver high-level financial, workforce and business management support across a diverse portfolio. You'll lead budgeting, performance reporting, business planning and business case development, providing expert advice that strengthens service delivery, improves operational performance and supports the future growth of one of Queensland's leading mental health services.

About you:

You're a proactive and commercially minded business professional who thrives in a complex healthcare environment, using your financial, analytical and stakeholder engagement expertise to drive operational excellence and support high-quality patient care. You will have: 

  • Demonstrated experience in business, financial and workforce management within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports and provide strategic business advice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop budgets, business cases and performance improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused, with knowledge of contemporary HR practices, governance and workplace health and safety.

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services:

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses.
