About the Opportunity:
The Pharmacy Department at the Townsville University Hospital is seeking senior-level Pharmacists with varied experience to fill future vacancies. Roles to be filled through this recruitment process may be up to 12 months in duration and of a full-time or part-time nature. If you have a preference, please indicate this in your application.
Successful candidates may be required to provide pharmacy services across a 7-day roster (Monday to Sunday) to designated work units. As part of your application please include your roster availability (e.g. ability to work weekends etc.).
The Pharmacist Senior will deliver a high level of professional, client-focused, pharmacy services and leadership within an evidence-based, quality, and multidisciplinary health care environment, as part of the Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $4912.70 - $5286.40 p.f. or $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications (Bachelor of Pharmacy degree) and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- A health-related post-graduate qualification and/or current GCP certificate are desirable.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
