About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Supervise and mentor the Information Access team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Allocate workloads effectively to ensure timely processing of RTI/IP applications.
- Oversee the assessment and decision-making process for RTI/IP applications, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide high-level advice and support to senior management and staff on complex or sensitive information access and privacy matters.
