From life-saving care in the Coronary Care Unit to helping patients get back on their feet through cardiac rehabilitation, Cardiac Services is at the heart of cardiovascular care across Central Queensland. The team supports patients through every stage of their journey with specialist heart failure services, chest pain assessment, cardiac investigations and dedicated care for First Nations communities. About the role:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care while staying up to date with professional standards, legislation and best practice.
• Keep your knowledge current by following organisational policies, contributing to policy improvements and embracing continuous learning.

About you:

• A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• A postgraduate qualification in cardiac nursing (or a willingness to work towards one) is a bonus—we'd love to support your growth.
• Confident assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality patient care.
• Strong understanding of contemporary nursing practice, including your professional, ethical and legal responsibilities.
• Committed to continuous learning and delivering the best possible care for every patient.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $128,480 p.a. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $44.27 - $56.79 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
