Your opportunity:

  • The Project Manager (Workforce Planning) role will provide strategic leadership and development, expert workforce planning advice and delivery of change management strategies relating to and necessary for the successful implementation of the new Bundaberg Hospital project and other major capital infrastructure projects across the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS).
  • This role is responsible for the delivery of strategic workforce plans (medium to long terms) as well as in depth workforce analysis.
  • This position reports directly to the Executive Director, Capital Works Projects.

Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for up to 3 years with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $188,561 p.a., comprising salary between $156,186 - $165,265 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment for up to 3 years with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
