About the role:

  • Keep information moving by receiving, tracking, preparing and delivering paper and electronic patient records across the hospital to support safe, timely care.
  • Champion digital health by scanning, validating, auditing and uploading documents into Queensland Health systems, helping create accurate and complete electronic medical records.
  • Stay one step ahead by planning and prioritising your workload, managing competing tasks and delivering high-quality results in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Be a valued team player by working collaboratively, maintaining strict confidentiality and adapting to changing priorities while delivering excellent service with minimal supervision.

About you:

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities, manage your workload and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, working confidently both independently and as part of a supportive team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Strong digital skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn Queensland Health systems such as HBCIS, ieMR and eRefer.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills, building positive relationships while handling confidential information with professionalism, tact and discretion.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $101,073 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $40.17 - $44.67 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
