Your new role:

As the Correspondence and Business Support Officer, you'll provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Office of the Executive Director, Community and Oral Health Services. You'll coordinate executive correspondence, prepare professional documentation, manage consumer feedback, support meetings, maintain key records and systems, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working collaboratively, managing competing priorities and contributing to continuous improvement within a dynamic healthcare environment.

About you:

You're a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and business support. You will have: 

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive, correspondence and administrative support with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing professional correspondence and building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (including Teams and SharePoint), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • A collaborative team player who is solutions-focused, committed to continuous improvement and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

Community and Oral Health Services:

Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.

We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.

Our services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams of nursing and allied health staff with the skills and experience to treat a full range of health needs.
