Your opportunity

The Building, Maintenance and Engineering Service (BEMS) supports the effective operation of all South West Hospital and Health Service facilities through the planning, managing and coordinating of maintenance activities in line with planned maintenance schedules or following identification of issues by the facilities.

Reporting to the Senior Sector Coordinator this position is pivotal in ensuring timely maintenance activities and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. This position managed administrative and trade staff allocated to the hub site.
