The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers a large geographic area with a diverse and growing population. The Health Service provides a wide range of primary care, acute and specialist services.

About your role:
- Coordinate and deliver vision screening for primary school children.
- Liaise with schools, parents and other stakeholders to organise screening activities.
- Travel to primary schools within the designated service area.
- Provide health education and information to families, schools and other stakeholders.
- Complete vision screening in line with approved procedures and clinical requirements.
