About the role

The Radiographer – Senior (MRI) delivers a senior-level medical imaging service within the Department of Medical Imaging at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) and the Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS). The role provides advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services within a large tertiary and quaternary healthcare environment, supporting a diverse range of patient groups across acute, emergency, outpatient and specialised clinical services.

The successful candidate will apply advanced clinical expertise to perform complex MRI examinations, provide high-quality patient-centred care and contribute to the ongoing development of contemporary medical imaging services. The role also supports education, quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, effective and innovative imaging services are delivered across Metro North Health.
