About the work unit / facility:
Eventide Residential Aged Care is a 110-bed residential aged care facility located in Charters Towers, providing 24-hour nursing and on-site allied health services in a home-like environment.
Charters Towers Health Service is a 23-bed facility providing emergency care, inpatient, allied health and community health services.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $40.42 to $43.12 p.h. (OO2)
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- North East Division Allowance
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
As an Operational Services Officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility or Charters Towers Rehabilitation Unit through the delivery of essential laundry, cleaning, porterage and catering services. Working as part of a team, you will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting quality care for patients and residents.
Requirements:
- Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening required
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check required
- Day, afternoon and weekend roster coverage may apply.
- Posession of a Class C driver's licence.
- Travel may be a requirement.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
