Join a team that plays a vital role in supporting world-class healthcare delivery across the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.
The Support Services Department provides essential operational services including environmental cleaning, patient services, waste management, and linen services across the Townsville University Hospital campus, Kirwan Health campus, and four Townsville Community Health sites.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $69,823 to $73,188 p.a. (OO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB 42015 or equivalent) completed or enrolled with a commitment to complete.
- Forklift Licence or ability to obtain.
- The possession of a licence to operate a class “C” motor vehicle is required.
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
