What your day could look like

As our Talent Pipeline Lead, you'll build innovative talent pathways, strengthen strategic partnerships, and create exceptional onboarding experiences that bring our employee promise to life. Working closely with leaders across Darling Downs Health, you'll use workforce insights to attract, develop, and grow the talent needed to deliver outstanding healthcare now and into the future.

 Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading initiatives that attract and develop talent for critical workforce areas
  • Building partnerships with industry, education and community stakeholders
  • Supporting onboarding and employee experience initiatives that help people feel connected and supported
