What your day could look like
No two days will look the same in this dynamic leadership role. You'll lead a specialist team to deliver innovative learning solutions that build workforce capability, strengthen culture, and support organisational priorities.
Every day, you'll:
- Shape and deliver learning and capability strategies, frameworks and programs.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and drive workforce development.
- Oversee the Learning Management System and learning governance.
- Lead learning design, advisory services and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Influence change, manage key projects, and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.

You're an experienced learning and capability leader who combines strategic thinking with a passion for helping people and organisations grow. With expertise in organisational learning, capability development and digital learning environments, you'll bring the insight, leadership and drive needed to shape workforce capability and deliver meaningful outcomes across Darling Downs Health.

- Experience leading organisational learning and capability initiatives in complex environments.
