Your opportunity:
- The Roster Support Officer provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the organisation's rostering and workforce management functions.
- The position works closely with line managers, Workforce and Recruitment teams, Payroll and other stakeholders to support the development, maintenance and administration of accurate and compliant rosters.
- The role will provide practical support to managers using the organisation's workforce management and rostering systems, including assistance with roster data, roster changes, employee allocations, leave and availability information, and the resolution of routine rostering issues.
- The Roster Support Officer will contribute to maintaining accurate workforce information and ensuring rosters support operational requirements, employee entitlements, fatigue management and relevant industrial and organisational requirements.
Temporary Full Time, 76 hours for a period of six months with the possibility of extension.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $50,537 p.a., comprising salary between $3053.30 - $3395.50 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hrs p.f. for a period of six months with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
