Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated clinical experience within aged care or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to champion quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with aged care quality standards, clinical governance or funding frameworks and/or postgraduate qualifications in nursing, aged care or leadership.
