About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to apply advanced clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver a high standard of consumer/patient centred care.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and problem-solving relevant to the care of consumer/patient within the SDCU and 23-hour Ward.
- Utilise communication processes and systems which enhance consumer/patient care delivery and unit functioning.
- Practise collaboratively with the interprofessional healthcare team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
- Integrate organisational policies and guidelines with professional standards by maintaining current knowledge and participating in relevant policy review.
