Role details
The Digital Health Solutions at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Digital Change & Learning Trainer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
The Digital Change & Learning Trainer is required to deliver training to clinical and non-clinical streams, whilst providing support to other team members in Digital Health Solutions. To work in a collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of effective computer-based training to support multi-disciplinary end user adoption of the digital applications within Mackay HHS. This training will be classroom as well as at the elbow delivery in one-on-one and small group settings.
About the Team
The Digital Hospital Solutions team supports the state-wide Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) solution and offers opportunity to be involved in training delivery and system adoption, as well as change management and process redesign. The functionality of ieMR at this HHS includes Medication Management, Anaesthetics, SurgiNet, FirstNet, Care Delivery, Renal and Powerchart Maternity solutions and includes device integration for ECG and CTG.
