As our Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills, you’ll provide compassionate, family-centred care while using your clinical skills to assess, monitor and care for a range of acute and chronic conditions. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care that puts children and families first.
We’re looking for an ENAS who is curious, compassionate and keen to keep growing. A relevant Diploma or degree is highly desirable, and there’s support to keep building your skills and progressing your practice. Plus, you’ll have access to a professional development allowance to support your ongoing learning.

About the role:
- Provide safe, compassionate and developmentally appropriate nursing care to infants, children and adolescents, while supporting their families every step of the way.
- Use your Enrolled Nursing knowledge and clinical expertise to assess, monitor and provide ongoing care to children with a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Apply current paediatric evidence, clinical guidelines and best-practice recommendations to your day-to-day care, helping ensure every child receives high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
- Partner with Registered Nurses and a diverse multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
About you:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA.
- A relevant Advanced Diploma or associate degree is highly desirable. If you don't have one yet, that's okay — a commitment to completing the qualification within an agreed timeframe may be included in your performance and development plan.
- Motivated to build knowledge, confidence and clinical skills, progressing from novice towards advanced practice.
- Provide care that respects every person's rights, privacy, dignity and individuality, ensuring they feel heard, valued and respected.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $73,983 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $41.64 - $44.19 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
