About the role:

  • Use your communication skills to create therapeutic relationships with patients and work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver patient-centred care and recognise when additional support or expertise is needed beyond your scope of practice.
  • Work alongside Registered Nurses and patients to develop, review and adapt care plans that reflect individual needs and goals.
  • Monitor patients' health and functional status, communicate changes with the Registered Nurse and contribute to informed clinical decision-making.

About you:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic relationships with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Clinical knowledge and nursing skills to assess, deliver and evaluate patient care confidently within your scope of practice.
  • Motivated to build their confidence, knowledge and capability, progressing from novice towards advanced practice.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $91,510 is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $38.11- $40.45 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading

Casual

  • A casual hourly rate between $47.64 - $50.56 p.h. (including 25% casual loading)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
