Role details
The Roster Support Office at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Coordinator (Rostering) to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
The Roster Support Office is a centralised unit within Human Resources that supports and promotes rostering efficiency within Mackay Hospital and Health Service. This will be a new team established to deliver the implementation of the Integrated Workforce Management Program Stage 3 solution – initially scoped for Nursing & Midwifery cohort within the Health Service.
The team will leverage off the myHR Solution and will maximise the benefits of this enterprise rostering solution to improve exchange of information between the HHS and Payroll Transactional Services to reduce administrative burden on the frontline nursing and midwifery staff, whilst maintaining excellence in client engagement within a complex multi -disciplinary environment. The focus for this team will be building on sustainable improvement initiatives, high focus on data integrity and strong engagement with the Line managers of MHHS to enable the clinical focus to remain on supporting quality patient services.
