What you'll do
- Co-ordinate and administer the change management process, ensuring any change and its impacts are clearly defined, approved, and communicated effectively to key stakeholders
- Monitor and manage all aspects of changes implemented in support of always current activities, including root cause analysis and problem identification.
- Provide expert advice and leadership to eHealth Queensland and HHS stakeholders to ensure that requests for change that relate to enterprise releases of always current activity comply with Queensland Health process standards and process frameworks
- Provide training and support to relevant stakeholders in the use of the Change Management processes.
- This position is a key reference point for interpretation, advice, coaching and support for complex change management activities and eHealth ICT Change and Release processes.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily change / release / configuration management (SFIA: CHMG Level 4; RELM Level 3)
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of deploying and integrating new digital capabilities through proper change implementation, planning and management (SFIA: CIPM 5)
- Well-developed interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communications skills including the ability to influence a wide range of key stakeholders (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Ability to meet service delivery targets by performing multiple tasks within agreed priorities, time frames and accountabilities (NHS: Drive for Results)
- Conceptual and analytical skills to confirm adherence of changes to the ICT Change Management process and the ability to respond to client business requirements (SFIA: CORE Level 3).
