Your new role:
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be an integral part of our Community and Oral Health Services team, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to patients, visitors, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our services, helping people navigate their experience with empathy, professionalism and a person-centred approach.
You'll work across a variety of administrative functions, balancing competing priorities while helping our clinical teams deliver efficient and responsive services.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service across reception and telephone enquiries.
- Act as a key point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Support multidisciplinary clinical teams with appointments, bookings, data entry and administrative tasks.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to supervisors and clinical teams.
About you:
You're an organised, approachable and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. You'll be confident communicating with a diverse range of people and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, knowing when to seek further support.

Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.
We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
