What you'll do  

  • Research, investigate and analyse policy to provide guidance and advice to senior management and branch staff pertaining to finance, compliance, human resources, information management, procurement and contract management matters, consulting with Senior Advisors of each area when necessary.
  • Coordinate, prepare, monitor, and report on finance, compliance, human resources, information management, procurement, and contract management.
  • Coordinate, prepare and monitor correspondence associated with financial, administrative, human resources and other matters as required.
  • Lead and coordinate the full employee lifecycle with liaison of Hiring Managers including but not limited to attraction, recruitment and onboarding activities, retention and separation.
  • Provide expert advice and support relating to Human Resource and Financial processes and systems, including technical support where possible.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of business initiatives to further streamline operational processes.

About you  

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated experience in being a good team player contributing to a high performing team through a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to encourage idea generation and put forward ideas, supporting a culture of innovation.
  • Experience in supporting customers through providing confidential and complex support to Executive Management within large public-sector organisations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to work within financial and human resource legislative requirements and use of the supporting budget, HR and payroll systems within large complex public-sector organisations.
  • Proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve problems and work autonomously to achieve organisational goals.
  • Ability to develop, implement and evaluate business and administrative processes.
  • High level analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and analyse policy, develop solutions to complex problems and provide high quality advice.
