About the role:

  • Deliver patient-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, using contemporary, evidence-based nursing practice.
  • Bring advanced skills and experience to provide comprehensive care, contribute to care planning and act as a positive role model to less experienced staff.
  • Promote safe, quality care by following policies and procedures, participating in quality improvement, risk management and incident reporting.
  • Contribute to teamwork and leadership by collaborating with the Registered Nurse, participating in decision-making and clinical governance, and applying evidence-based practice to achieve the best outcomes.

About you:

  • Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA is essential; Advanced skills in relevant clinical areas are a bonus.
  • Strong, evidence-based clinical skills and the ability to work within EN professional standards.
  • Someone who is adaptable, collaborative and confident working through change with clear, respectful communication with patients, carers and colleagues.
  • Committed to the delivery of high-quality, patient centred care and services.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $99,978 p.a.  is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $41.64 - $44.19 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
