About the role:

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care that looks after the whole person — physically, emotionally, culturally and spiritually.
  • Work closely with RNs, patients and the wider multidisciplinary team to develop care plans and make sure every patient gets the support they need.
  • Use evidence-based practice, contribute to quality improvement and continue building your nursing skills and confidence.
  • Manage your workload, work safely within your scope of practice and adapt to whatever the day brings. No two days in Moura are quite the same!

About you:

  • 🩺 Current AHPRA registration is a must, along with solid nursing knowledge and the confidence to provide safe, quality patient care.
  • 💚 You understand that great nursing is about more than ticking boxes — it's about safety, evidence-based care and always looking for ways to do things better.
  • 🤝Communicate well, work brilliantly with RNs and the multidisciplinary team, and know that great patient care is definitely a team sport!
  • 🚀Adaptable, curious and motivated to keep learning, building your skills and progressing from capable to confident nursing superstar!

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $91,510 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $38.11 - $40.45 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
