About the role:

• Be part of the dream team. Work closely with a multidisciplinary crew to provide clinical advice, care and support while sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Lead, grow and make things better. Take the lead on quality improvement, strategic planning and service development initiatives that help the Early Psychosis Team thrive.
• Share the knowledge. Support and mentor the wider team, provide supervision to students and use your clinical judgement to navigate a complex, ever-changing mental health landscape.

About you:

• 🧠Have the relevant qualifications and registration, plus experience in youth mental health, early intervention, psychosis and complex presentations. Postgraduate qualifications and ACMHN Credentialing/AMHP status are highly desirable—or be ready to work towards them.
• 💬Know how to build genuine therapeutic relationships with young people and families, including those who are harder to reach, while delivering developmentally appropriate and evidence-based care.
• 🌀Bring flexibility, creativity, resilience and sound clinical judgement, with the confidence to navigate complexity, uncertainty and changing needs.
• 🚀Contribute ideas, lead improvement initiatives, share your expertise and support colleagues, while delivering culturally responsive care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally diverse young people and families.

Mental Health Clinicians

Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:

• Occupational Therapy
• Psychology
• Social Work
• Registered Nurse (if applicable)

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $174,208 p.a. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $70.92 - $77.00 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
