Your new role:
IThe Bayside Data Manager plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality and usefulness of health service data. Working closely with Bayside Executive, clinical and departmental teams, you will analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and develop processes that support reliable reporting and better patient journeys. You'll bring strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support quality improvement, clinical governance and informed decision-making.
About you:
You're a data-driven problem solver who can turn complex information into clear, meaningful insights that support better decisions, quality improvement and patient outcomes.
- Bring high-level analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in data quality, performance analysis and reporting.
- Have strong data management and technical capability, including experience with Business Intelligence, databases, dashboards and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate complex data into clear reports, advice and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrate experience supporting projects, quality improvement initiatives and organisational change within a complex service environment.
- Ideally, have experience with Queensland Health systems such as HBCIS, ieMR and FirstNet, with health-sector experience highly regarded.
