The Gladstone Integrated Service brings together Adult Mental Health, Child and Youth Mental Health, Step-Up Step-Down and Alcohol and Other Drugs services, supporting people across Gladstone and the surrounding region.
Our multidisciplinary teams provide everything from assessment and case management to therapeutic treatment, support, consultation and referrals, helping consumers take positive steps towards recovery.
You'll be part of a connected and collaborative team working alongside local hospitals, health services, community organisations and private providers to make a real difference for people across the region.
About the role:
- Make a real difference. Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care that puts people and their recovery first. You'll support consumers to achieve positive outcomes while delivering care that is thoughtful, compassionate and clinically sound.
- Lead with purpose. Provide clinical leadership and support to the Case Management Team, working alongside other senior clinicians to keep the team connected, motivated and focused on great service delivery. You'll also have opportunities to provide supervision, guidance and clinical support.
- Bring your ideas to the table. Help shape the future of the service by getting involved in service improvement, evaluation and innovative treatment approaches. If you love finding better ways to do things, there's plenty of opportunity to make your mark.
- Collaborate, consult and champion quality. Work closely with local hospitals, health professionals, community services and other agencies, providing expert advice and building strong partnerships.
About you:
- 🎓Hold a recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, with the appropriate Queensland registration or professional membership.
- 🧠Passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care and helping consumers achieve positive outcomes on their recovery journey.
- ⚡Confidently juggle complex workloads, prioritise competing demands and keep your cool when there are plenty of moving parts.
- 🌟Ready to provide clinical supervision and support while working collaboratively with other senior clinicians to lead community-based mental health services. You're a team player who brings energy, expertise and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Mental Health Clinicians
Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:
- Occupational Therapy
- Psychology
- Social Work
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
