What you'll do

As the Administration Officer Assets, you will provide a broad range of financial and administrative support services, including procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and SAP/R3 system administration. You will maintain accurate asset, equipment and software records, deliver high-quality customer service, prepare quotes, and support staff across a geographically dispersed team. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing business processes and recommending enhancements, while ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with Queensland Health procurement, financial and records management policies and procedures.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement and records management.
  • Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / configuration management).
