Help make a difference to women's health across Central Queensland! BreastScreen Queensland Rockhampton delivers free, high-quality breast screening services using state-of-the-art equipment and a patient-first approach.
Based at Rockhampton Hospital, with services in Gladstone and mobile clinics across the region, you'll join a supportive multidisciplinary team helping make screening safe, accessible and stress-free.
About the role:
- Type like a pro. Use Winscribe or similar systems to produce accurate medical letters and reports from dictation.
- Detail-focused. Confidently navigate databases, MS Word and Excel, with an eye for accurate data and great record keeping.
- People person and problem-solver. Work confidently within a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly and handle sensitive information with care.
- Master of organisation. Keep priorities on track, work independently and provide efficient admin support. Bonus points if you know S4HANA—or are a fast learner ready to give it a go!
About you:
- 🗂️ You know your way around administrative and secretarial work and can keep the details under control.
- 💬 Communicate with confidence, work brilliantly in a multidisciplinary team and always treat client information with care.
- 📊 Keen to improve data collection, champion good processes and help keep the service running at its best.
- While not mandatory, previous medical typing experience would be well regarded.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,633 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $41.17 - $45.79 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
