About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Build hiring manager capability through the design, development and facilitation of recruitment training, including workshops, lunchbox sessions and 1:1 coaching.
- Actively build, maintain and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective and efficient recruitment strategies.
- Provide high-level advice and consultancy on complex recruitment matters, including the preparation of briefs, reports and accurate recordkeeping.
- Develop and implement contemporary systems, initiatives and continuous process improvement strategies to strengthen recruitment and selection functions.
