About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to provide the Director of Medical Imaging and Deputy director on Medical Imaging with a high level of confidential administrative support and office management services to facilitate achievement of the goals of the Health Service District and Queensland Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide support for the design and implementation of records and information processing systems and procedures to achieve desired organisational goals.
- Proved administration support to the Qld Radiology Training Network including but not limited to rosters, payroll enquiries and relocation advice.
- Compile statistical reports as requested and present results at monthly management meetings.
- Ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion at all times, exercise skills to resolve conflict, meet deadlines, establish work priorities, organise meetings and appointments.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and interact effectively with all levels of staff and the public.
