Your new role:
Join the Medical Imaging team and provide high-quality administrative and medical typing support across patient bookings, waiting lists, referrals, records and reporting. Using your strong computer, typing and medical terminology skills, you'll work across RIS/PACS and other systems to maintain accurate information, coordinate imaging workflows and deliver exceptional service to patients and clinical teams.
About you:
You're a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who takes pride in accuracy, confidentiality and delivering reliable support in a busy Medical Imaging environment.
- Advanced typing skills with sound knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple information systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy across data entry, reporting and records
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, patient-focused approach
- Able to prioritise workloads, work autonomously and contribute positively to a team
