Your new role:

As the Clinical Supervision Coordinator, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and expert consultancy to strengthen clinical supervision across Community and Oral Health Services.

  • Establish and maintain governance protocols and frameworks that support an effective clinical supervision program.
  • Act as the key liaison for clinical supervision, partnering with nursing leaders, managers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide clinical and group supervision, coaching, mentoring and education to build workforce capability and support safe practice.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement, innovation and evidence-based practice.

About you:

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with advanced clinical leadership skills and a strong commitment to developing and supporting the nursing workforce.

  • Bring demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, leadership, mentoring and workforce development.
  • Communicate with confidence, using strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
  • Apply sound knowledge of clinical governance, ethical and legal considerations, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead change, evaluate programs and foster a psychologically safe environment that promotes learning and professional growth.
